We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Distribution and Logistics Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the core driver of our supply chain execution, focusing heavily (80%) on analyzing, and optimizing our Third-Party Logistics (3PL) distribution network. The remaining 20% of your scope will be dedicated to streamlining our inbound and outbound transportation logistics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
3PL & Distribution Management
- Operational Oversight: Support the 3PL provider tasks & performance ensuring seamless daily warehouse and fulfillment operations.
- Performance & KPI Management: Track and analyze 3PL Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including order accuracy, inventory variance, receiving cycle times, and on-time shipping.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze complex distribution data to identify bottlenecks, forecast capacity constraints, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across fulfillment centers.
- Inventory Governance: Conduct routine reconciliations between internal systems (ERP) and 3PL inventories; investigate and resolve discrepancies to maintain high inventory integrity.
- SLA Compliance & Billing Audit: Review and audit monthly 3PL invoices against contractual agreements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure billing accuracy.
Transportation Logistics
- Inventory Transfers: Coordinate closely with transportation partners, internal stakeholders, and distribution centers to ensure advance visibility and accurate tracking of all inbound and outbound inventory movements.
- Delivery Discrepancies: Provide direct guidance and support to receiving teams to efficiently resolve reported delivery discrepancies and logistics anomalies.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in GOP or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the field of distribution & logistic;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good capacity of analysis, synthesis and problem solving;
- Sense of initiative, teamwork and excellent judgment;
- Experience with ERP system, Epicor an asset;
- Good knowledge MS Office suite;
- Good comprehension of distribution and logistics operations;
- Bilingual (French and English).
