What You’ll Do
As a Home Organization Design and Sales Specialist, you’ll be pivotal in delivering an exceptional customer experience, from the initial consultation to the final design.
Responsibilities include:
- Client Consultations: Meet with homeowners to understand their organizational challenges and style preferences.
- Custom Designs: Use your creativity (and our design software) to craft tailored solutions that maximize function and beauty.
- Sales Excellence: Present solutions in a way that leaves clients excited and ready to invest in their dream space.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our expert installation team to ensure designs are flawlessly executed.
- Customer Service: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 3+ years in design and sales, preferably in home organization, interior design, or a related field.
- Creativity: A flair for design and a strong sense of aesthetics. Experience with design software is a plus.
- Sales Savvy: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets while building genuine client connections.
- Customer Focus: A friendly, professional approach that puts clients at ease.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues while maintaining independence.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
