Position Overview:
We are currently hiring for Journeyman Plumbers to join our team as Service Technicians. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about plumbing and looking to grow their careers in a supportive and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems with minimal supervision.
- Communicate clearly with clients, providing them with options and recommendations for repairs and upgrades.
- Deliver high-quality service that meets our company's standards and exceeds customer expectations.
- Maintain responsibility for a company-provided service van (2024 Ram Promaster) and its contents.
- Travel to service calls across Calgary and surrounding areas.
- Be punctual, organized, and prepared for each day’s work.
- Work independently, but collaborate with the team when necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: You must have sufficient experience in the plumbing field, with the ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs on your own.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of technical expertise.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to ensure clear and professional interactions with clients.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, dependable, punctual, and organized with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to Learn: Open to expanding your knowledge and growing within the company.
- Responsibility: You will be entrusted with the service van and will need to ensure it is kept clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
