Skills and experience
-Software experience in 3d modeling, Solid works, Tru tops, Dr Abe, Trumpf boost, NC-express, Master bend cam, auto cad etc is prefered.
-Experience in quoting manufacturing processes and routing in ERP systems
-Ability to interpret and create drawings, 3d models and present and understand technical information using solid works.
-Blue print and measurement reading abilities
-Hands on experience with Amada, Trumpf and Prima power machines and software or similar is an asset to develop quickly.
-Generating flat layouts, DXFs, and understanding of K factors and bend deductions.
-Laser programming in dr abe, or similar software
-Understanding of manufacturing processes for product design, assembly, tooling, materials,
-A good attitude, willing to learn, reliable with focus on the team and results
Compensation:

Shifts:
We are very flexible at Paramount and want to ensure our team members can pick up their kids, spend time with their families and have the flexibility to work and make their personal commitments. Work is a large part of life, but the rest should be lived and flexible. Our standard Day shift is 8:30am-4:00pm Monday to Friday. However, if you need to start at 7am-9am or anything in between we can accommodate to help you make your life work.
