Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle for product application, including drilling where required.
- Operate spray guns, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently to apply clear coats.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), during product application procedures.
- Conduct quality checks on sprayed areas/surfaces, ensuring perfect finishes without runs or imperfections.
- Assist with minor vehicle parts disassembly as needed, utilizing mechanical knowledge and hand tools.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive spray experience or exposure is highly preferred.
- Hands on with hand tools, power tools, and spray painting equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively throughout the workday.
- Experience with automotive spray painting techniques and surface preparation.
- Experience or background in minor common vehicle maintenance is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards.
