Diesel Pump Technician

Our company provides field equipment, service, and support to a variety of industries in western Canada. As our business has rapidly grown, so has the teamwork and dedication of our experienced staff. We are currently seeking a new team member, to help keep our fleet of diesel powered equipment operating in best-in-class condition.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform in-house service, maintenance, and repair on a variety of diesel powered pumps, generators, and light towers.
· Perform occasional field service, troubleshooting and repair.
· Troubleshoot equipment in the shop, provide parts lists and repair methods.
· Working with the Supervisor, prioritize repairs to meet customer demands.
· Develop and build a spare parts inventory as needed
· Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.
Requirements:
· Strong and diverse experience with diesel equipment maintenance and repair.
· Journeyman HD Mechanic preferred, but a background of strong experience will be considered as well.
· Self motivated with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
· High standards for safety, workmanship, and cleanliness
· Valid and clean Class 5 Driver’s License
