We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Construction & Renovation Worker with experience in full home renovations. This role involves working on complete residential projects from demolition to final finishes.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform full home renovations from start to completion
- Interior demolition and site preparation
- Framing, structural modifications, and layout adjustments
- Drywall installation, taping, mudding, and sanding
- Flooring installation (vinyl, laminate, hardwood, tile)
- Kitchen and bathroom renovations (cabinets, vanities, fixtures)
- Basic plumbing and electrical rough-ins (as required)
- Trim work, baseboards, doors, and finishing carpentry
- Painting, caulking, and final finishing work
- Window and door installation (as needed)
- Assist with exterior work (siding, minor roofing, etc.)
- Skills in tiling, finishing carpentry, or custom work
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Communicate progress and updates on projects
What You Bring:
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in full renovations or construction
- Strong understanding of all phases of residential renovation
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Own tools
- Physically capable of handling demanding on-site work
- Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and updates
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience leading or assisting in full renovation projects
- Experience with permits, inspections, or project coordination

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
