The Drive Ahead

Welcome customers and guide them through the buying process with professionalism and care

Build lasting relationships with clients, from their first visit to long after the sale

Present vehicle options clearly, including features, pricing, and financing

Follow up with leads and existing customers using CRM tools

Work collaboratively across departments to deliver seamless service

Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
Performance Essentials

Experience in sales or customer service (automotive is an asset, but not required)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
