Line Cook
The Fredericton Inn is looking for a Full-time, skilled, evening line cook to join our growing culinary team. 5 shifts per week: 1pm to Close. As a Line Cook, You Will
- Prepare food and menu items to the highest standard
- Cook menu items in co-operation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Ensure food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Clean kitchen and work area
- Follow all policies and procedures
- Work alongside the restaurant team to provide a memorable guest experience
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of kitchen experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience with all areas of the kitchen including the grill and fryer
- Solid communication skills
- Loves to work on a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Shifts involve weekends & Holidays
