Licensed Automotive Technician (310S)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: depend on experience
Location: St. Thomas, Ontario
The Licensed Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing customer vehicles to ensure safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction while contributing to overall departmental success. A key priority is to build brand loyalty and deliver a consistently positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform work as described on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy
- Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and perform appropriate repairs
- Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance or repair needs
- Communicate findings with Service Advisor or Shop Foreman
- Coordinate with Parts Department for required parts
Provide updates on delays or additional work required
- Document all work clearly and accurately
- Conduct road tests as required
- Complete factory and dealership training
- Stay updated with technical bulletins
- Follow warranty and parts handling procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of workspace and customer vehicles
- Manage dealership tools responsibly

Education & Experience
- Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician License
- Valid Driver’s License with clean record
- Brand experience preferred but not required
- Dealership experience is an asset

Pay: From $45.00 per hour
