Dental Clinical Coordinator – Multi-Office Support (GTA)
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and compassionate Dental Clinical Coordinator to work with our Regional Manager to help oversee several dental offices throughout the GTA. We are a medium-sized dental corporation that prides itself on maintaining a supportive, family-oriented culture rather than operating like a large impersonal organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of clinical dental operations and experience within Canada and a thorough understanding of regulatory compliance requirements within Ontario dental practices.
Position Overview
The Dental Clinical Coordinator will work closely with office leadership, dentists, hygienists, assistants, and administrative teams to ensure all practices are operating efficiently, ethically, and in full compliance with governing body standards including the RCDSO, ODA, and Public Health/IPAC regulations.
This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, leadership ability, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for supporting both patients and dental teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations of multiple dental offices across the GTA
- Ensure all offices maintain compliance with:
- RCDSO standards and guidelines
- ODA recommendations
- Public Health and IPAC protocols
- Occupational health and safety requirements
- Conduct regular office visits and audits to ensure consistency and compliance
- Support clinical teams with workflow efficiency, organization, and operational improvements
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members regarding office policies and procedures
- Assist with onboarding and training of clinical staff
- Monitor sterilization and infection prevention protocols to ensure best practices are consistently followed
- Work collaboratively with office managers and leadership teams to identify and resolve operational concerns
- Help foster a positive, respectful, and patient-focused culture within all offices
- Ensure professionalism, ethical conduct, and high standards of patient care are consistently maintained
- Support implementation and maintenance of company systems, protocols, and clinical standards
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and regulatory preparation as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience working in a Canadian dental practice is mandatory ( Minimum of 5 years)
- Strong understanding of RCDSO, ODA, IPAC, and Public Health regulations
- Previous leadership, coordination, or multi-office experience is considered a strong asset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to travel between offices throughout the GTA
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- High ethical standards and commitment to patient-centered care
- Experience with dental practice management software is an esssential
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
