PFM Packaging Machinery Corporation is part of the PFM Group, with operations in Europe, North America and other parts of the world. PFM design and manufacture world class machinery for flexible packaging in both food and non-food industries.
This position is based in Ontario and subject to the Ontario Employment Standards Act, 2000.
The Role:
As the Accounting Administrator, your main duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Phone support, filing, photocopying and other office tasks
- Review and verify vendor invoices and PO's
- Process customer payments
- Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue invoices
- Sending out AR invoices
- Reconcile bank accounts/credit cards/petty cash
- Prepare expense reimbursements
- Entering time cards and service technician hours
- Bank deposits
- Support other members of the accounting department
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess an accounting certification or equivalent. We are looking for someone with 2 years or more accounting experience.
Core skills should include:
- Working knowledge of A/P, A/R and bookkeeping
- Willing to take ownership of tasks and responsibility for their completion
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
