Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Administrative Coordinator & Client Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

- Support account management activities, including onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate records.
- Utilize analysis skills to interpret data and generate reports that inform strategic decisions.
- Use Salesforce and other CRM tools to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and service requests.
- Coordinate marketing efforts by assisting with campaigns, content creation, and outreach activities.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining organized files.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of SaaS solutions by providing feedback based on client interactions and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and customer relationship management systems like Salesforce.

Pay: $46,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
