AZ Driver Trainee – Cross-Border Program

Shandex Truck Inc. is hiring an AZ Driver Trainee to participate in a structured training program designed to develop safe, professional long-haul cross-border drivers. This opportunity is ideal for newly licensed AZ drivers or drivers with limited cross-border experience.
Pay Structure
- Phase 1 – Yard Shunting (Approx. 4 Weeks): $19.00/hour
- Phase 2 – Local Driving (Approx. 4 Weeks): $19.00/hour
- Phase 3 – Regional Driving (ON/QC/NY): $0.50 per mile
- Cross-Border Driving (Canada/USA): $0.55 per mile
- Waiting time paid at $19.00/hour after 2 hours at customer locations where applicable.
- $1,500 completion bonus upon successful completion of the 12-month training program.

- Progress through yard, local, regional, and cross-border driving assignments
- Learn from experienced trainers and dispatchers

Requirements
- Valid AZ Licence
- Ability to cross the Canada/U.S. border
- Strong safety mindset and work ethic
