Reports to CLSS Supervisor, Manager & LIC MLT II. Initial point of contact for lab services for internal/external clients at a provincial level. Assists monitoring of worklists & communicates critical test results. Responds to incoming HCP calls for test results. Performs/documents duties. Performs add-on testing requests. Displays excellent phone etiquette, clear/concise communication. Ensures patient confidentiality. Notifies patients & HCP of cancelled blood testing using work list. Arranges patient recollections. Faxes notifiable micro tests. Monitors APL Right Fax 300+ accounts. Completes access requests & faxed in requests. Manages PSC Privacy Breaches for incorrect patient requisitions. Other duties as assigned
