Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, HRIS management, and training & development. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience with HR systems and project management to ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, sourcing candidates through platforms like ATS, iCIMS, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM.
- Manage HRIS data entry and maintenance across systems such as Workday, Dayforce, UltiPro, Kronos, Ceridian, and PeopleSoft.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate employee training & development programs and track participation using HRIS tools.
- Facilitate employee relations initiatives by addressing inquiries and supporting communication between staff and management.
- Assist in payroll processing activities utilizing systems like ADP or other payroll platforms.
- Contribute to change management projects by supporting implementation efforts and communication plans.
- Collect and analyze HR data to support decision-making processes related to staffing, performance management, and compliance.
- Support administrative functions such as scheduling interviews, maintaining personnel files, and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management tasks related to HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or UltiPro.
- Familiarity with payroll systems like ADP or Kronos.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of human resources management practices including talent acquisition, employee relations, and training & development.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Lever is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage data collection and entry accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
- Administrative experience supporting HR functions is highly desirable.

Pay: $58,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
