Retail Sales Associate (Aurora)

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers to the showroom.
· Accurately answer questions and give direction to customers.
· Collect payments using the store point of sale system. As well as processing returns and exchanges.
· Provide insight in helping clients with their design inquires and home projects.
· Have a general understanding of the tile industry. Proactively familiarize yourself with new products, the merchandise, and how to sell them.
· Find creative ways to use our collections and stay up to date with design trends.
· Call or email customers when their products have arrived and contact customers to pick up layaway orders on a weekly basis.
· Picking sample tiles from warehouse for customers.
· Keeping a clean and safe environment.
Job Requirements
· Minimum 1-Year retail sales and POS experience.
· Minimum 1-Years customer service experience.
· Proficiency in English is required.
· A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
· Ability to perform under pressure and address issues in a timely manner.
· Ability to work individually, and as part of a team.
· High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills.
· Weekend and evening availability.
· Experience in tile or related construction field is an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.20-$24.00 per hour
