Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Accounts Manager CPA to oversee client accounts and foster strong business relationships. This role involves managing complex financial data, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction within a dynamic supply chain environment. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of account management, B2B sales, and freight logistics, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Duties
- Manage and develop client accounts to maximize satisfaction and retention
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure favorable agreements
- Oversee freight logistics and coordinate with 3PL providers to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate data entry related to account transactions and customer information
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales pipelines
- Support inside sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels and streamline operations
- Manage sales activities related to B2B clients, including proposal development and follow-up
- Use AS400 or similar ERP systems for order processing, reporting, and account management
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all client interactions
Skills
- Proven experience in account management, B2B sales, or related roles within logistics or supply chain sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent customer relationship management capabilities
- Familiarity with freight logistics, 3PL services, and supply chain operations
- Proficiency in data entry, CRM platforms, and ERP systems such as AS400
- Knowledge of sales management principles and inside sales techniques
- Ability to analyze data for decision-making and process improvement
- Effective communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Pay: $52,024.84-$121,013.18 per year
