Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Controller to lead our finance team and oversee all financial operations within the organization. Duties
- Oversee all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure accurate account reconciliation and perform detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Manage budgeting processes, monitor financial performance against budgets, and provide insightful reports to senior management.
- Maintain and optimize accounting software systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other relevant platforms to streamline financial operations.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data.
- Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements with transparency and precision.
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles with a strong background in financial control management.
- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other relevant platforms.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, account reconciliation techniques, and account analysis methods.
- Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and budgeting activities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional certifications such as CPA are a plus.

Pay: $67,517.29-$134,771.41 per year
