Your Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners, builders, contractors, and commercial clients to understand their flooring needs.
- Visit job sites to measure spaces and assess project requirements.
- Prepare accurate estimates and quotations.
- Manage projects from sale through installation, ensuring timelines and customer expectations are met.
- Coordinate with installers, suppliers, and office staff.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and generate repeat business.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in flooring sales, estimating, or a related trade/construction sales role is required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable reading building plans and taking accurate field measurements.
- Confident using computers and preparing quotations.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
