Nuraseal is a Canadian manufacturer of sealing components serving industrial customers across North America. We are seeking a hands-on and motivated Junior Production Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn CNC machining, production processes, and customer service support.
Job Functions (but not limited to):
- Operate CNC machining equipment in a production environment
- Program CNC lathes and assist with setups and tooling adjustments
- Assist in the urethane casting and finishing department (mixing, molding, trimming,
- QC checks)
- Enter customer orders and purchase orders into the ERP system
- Answer inbound calls and provide customer service when required
- Prepare and issue customer quotes
- Perform order picking and packing for outbound shipments
- Maintain production documentation and support continuous improvement activities
- Follow company safety and quality procedures at all time
Skills/Experience:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on production work
- Willingness to learn CNC programming and machining processes
- Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Comfortable using computer applications (Outlook, Excel, basic data entry)Qualifications:
- Exposure to machining, CNC equipment, or manufacturing environments (preferred, but not required):
- Experience with CAD/CAM is an asset - but training will be provided
- Previous experience in a manufacturing/distribution setting is an asset.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in computer skills or a demonstrated ability to quickly acquire proficiency.

Pay: $43,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
