Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing internal sales team. This role is ideal for a strong administrator with excellent customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Paddington has recently brought the sales team in-house, and this is an opportunity for an ambitious sales coordinator to drive the set up of various sales systems and processes.
The Sales Coordinator will play an integral role in supporting the sales and construction teams while ensuring a seamless homebuying experience for our purchasers. This position is primarily administrative in nature, but also requires strong communication and coordination skills, as you will serve as a key point of contact for purchasers and realtors. The ability to balance priorities and move fluidly from managing admin and contracts to tackling a sales tour is essential.
Working closely with the sales team, you will assist in the successful sale and coordination of pre-sale homes while helping to maintain accurate records, schedules, and purchaser communications throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts of purchase and sale to ensure accuracy and maintain collection of signatures on all documents.
- Liaise with realtors and clients and serve as a main point of contact for purchasers and realtors.
- Greet incoming clients and give sales presentations as needed.
- Assist Sales Manager and team as required.
- Follow up with incoming sales inquiries, calls, texts, emails etc.
- Coordinate with lawyers on outstanding deposits, contracts, and completions.
- Track and log all deposit funds.
- Create daily traffic reports, and sales reports.
- Manage signage and balloons.
- Stay up to date with site competition and provide monthly detailed reports. `
- Input and manage MLS listings as required.
- Manage our CRM and utilize Avesdo for all contract related tasks.
- Ensure the daily cleanliness of the sales centre is maintained and manage necessary supplies.

Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Experience in residential project sales preferred.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to execute outside of regular work hours.
- Strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to prioritize an execute on multiple tasks.
- Strong experience in multiple CRM’s, and business systems such as Spark, Avesdo, Lasso, etc.
Compensation & Perks
- Salary $45,000 - $58,000 based on experience
