We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join our team! Responsibilities
- Greet patients and families warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage phone calls/ voicemail and answer inquiries appropriately with professional phone etiquette
- Handle data entry tasks in the Electronic Medical Record accurately using Oscar Pro to maintain organized records. Training will be provided.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents/ reports.
- Administrative work relevant to a small clinic, including but is not limited to: scheduling, report generation, patient communication, e-filing of reports, sending reports to other physicians, etc..
- Communicate with vendors/ maintenance for clinic-related and supply-chain issues.
- Assist in some clinical work:
- 1. Cardiac procedures (ECG & Echo: patient preparation) after completing proper training.
- 2. Obtaining weight, height, and vital signs for patients after completing proper training
Skills
- Previous experience in medical or dental offices is a plus, especially as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Experience with Oscar Pro EMR is a strong plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for handling inquiries via multi-line phone systems.
- Attention to detail in proofreading documents and maintaining accurate filing systems.
- Ability to perform typing quickly and accurately while maintaining focus on quality work.

- Salary will depend on qualifications and prior experience.
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
