Compensation: $30.00 – $39.00 per hour (Flat Rate) all in earning potential to be discussed and production bonus!

Are you a skilled Technician looking for a high-volume shop where your expertise is rewarded? 417 Nissan, part of AutoCanada, is looking for a Licensed 310S Technician to join our busy service department. Your day to day focus:
- Perform high-quality maintenance and repairs, including engine, transmission, suspension, and electrical diagnostics.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide accurate reports to Service Advisors.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Stay ahead of the curve by attending Nissan-specific training sessions.
- Mentor apprentices and contribute to a positive, collaborative shop culture.
What are the must haves?
- Certification: Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician License.
- Experience: Proven track record in a dealership or high-volume service center (Nissan experience is a major plus!)
- Tools: Must have your own tools and a valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
- Mindset: A "fix-it-right-the-first-time" attitude and a commitment to efficiency.
