Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services to enhance clients' physical health and overall well-being. This role requires a dedicated individual committed to delivering exceptional care in a relaxing environment, ensuring client satisfaction and promoting health benefits through personalized massage therapy sessions. Must be a licensed and registered RMT.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs and develop tailored massage treatment plans
- Perform professional massage therapy techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities as appropriate
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend exercises or stretches when necessary
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients at all times
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices
- Maintain current licensure and stay informed about industry best practices and new techniques
Skills
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client comfort
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and address client concerns
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a team-oriented environment
- Compassionate attitude with a focus on client well-being and satisfaction
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently to accommodate multiple clients throughout the day

Pay: $40.00-$70.00 per hour
