At Eden, we're creating a beautiful new salon experience in the heart of Avalon Mall. As a founding team member, you'll have the opportunity to help shape our culture while growing your own clientele in a busy, high-traffic location.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences from consultation through service completion
- Perform professional esthetic services including facials, waxing, lash and brow services, manicures and pedicures
- Recommend retail products that support your clients' results at home
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation and professionalism
- Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
- Work collaboratively with the salon team to create a positive, welcoming environment
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Esthetician
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Team player with a desire to learn and grow
- Experience is an asset, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
