We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently according to physician orders
- Provide medication counseling and education to patients regarding proper usage, potential side effects, and interactions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and review patient treatment plans
- Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust therapy as needed in accordance with protocols
- Maintain precise documentation of prescriptions, interventions, and patient interactions
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards
- Oversee medication inventory management, including ordering, storage, and expiration checks
- Participate in patient care activities such as medication administration when applicable
- Stay updated on new pharmaceuticals, industry regulations, and best practices in pharmacy care
