About the Role
As a carpenter on our team, you’ll be hands-on every day, tackling a variety of tasks that keep the work fresh and rewarding. From framing walls and roofs to installing steel siding and interior finishes, your craftsmanship will be key to each project’s quality and timeliness. Our joint success depends on dedication, professionalism, and a strong mindset for productivity.
Leadership Opportunity
We are also seeking an outgoing leader who can independently run projects with direction from ownership. The ideal candidate must be able to work confidently at heights and possess strong leadership skills to manage and guide the team effectively throughout each project.
Key Responsibilities
- Frame wall and roof systems with precision and care
- Install steel siding, trims, and interior finishing touches.
- Operate equipment as needed to support the build
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work a 40-44 hour week, weather permitting, primarily Monday through Friday
- Lead projects independently while coordinating with ownership and the team
Who We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in framing and siding installation
- Comfort and skill working while at heights on roofs
- Strong, well-rounded carpentry skills, including cutting and installing trims and finishes independently
- A positive, team-focused attitude and ability to follow and give instructions effectively
- Outgoing leadership qualities with the ability to manage projects and teams independently is a strong asset
- Holder of a valid driver’s license with a clean record and able to drive company trucks
- Dependable, neat, and committed to stable, full-time employment
Compensation and Expectations
- Annual pay increase of 2% or more, guaranteed every year
- Strong performance will be recognized with additional, periodic pay increases.
- We are seeking applicants with a reliable attendance record and a positive performance history in previous roles.

- This role involves working at heights, so applicants should be comfortable and experienced in this type of work.
