Position Summary:
The Conversion, Concept and Improvement Project Manager responsibilities include planning project management activities, analyzing financial information to keep projects on track, and collaborating with different departments to ensure all leaders understand where a project is in the development process. You will work with leaders across various departments to help streamline our projects to ensure we reach our goals and keep projects on track for timely completion.

Conduct disciplinary measures
Initiate, recommend, investigate, trouble-shoot and provide solutions and actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to products, processes and quality systems.
Leading and coordinating test runs continuous improvement
Leading and coordinating test runs R&D and new clients
Managing department budget
presenting KPIs
Accountable for department team is preforming their respective duties
Decide on percentage of regrind to use
Accountable for department team is preforming to quality standards
Internal Quality Audit
Analysis CARs for trends
Manages corrective actions
Review and ensure testing procedures are completed
Ensure production staff has training to complete all tasks
follow up on audit findings
initiate Production NCRs
Screen Inventory File Maintenance
conduct time, motion, and ergonomic studies (continuous improvement)
Verify and analyze down time reports and material data reports.
Gemba walk
Input extrusion and conversion (except lam rolls) and skid needs in transfer log to/ from Campbell
Complete Certificates of Compliance as requested by the customer
Verifying the employee punch cards/Payroll and absences all Production/Shipping - Weekly
Work with design/Graphic Artist on all Screen Print Projects and Cutting Table Projects
Organize Screen Print inventory – ordering new screens, replacement screens, reuse of existing screens.
Address special requests from Customer Service – Dies, Screens, Art etc.
Schedule employees on magnetized board - Conversion
Calculate MB/Additive Requirements ensuring correct amounts always at Marleau
Verify Cleanliness and Organization of Shop Floor.

Product Testing/ R&D
Co Chair H&S
Train Extrusion Shop Floor on function/use of Global Shop
Fill in Gaps in Production
Interviews for production
Maintain Production Attendance requests

Ensure and document conversation with employees in Conversation Tracker
Monitor Extrusion Data Reports are completed by TL’s update Scrum Board
Maintain Resin/Regrind Consumption Report
Maintain Extrusion Speeds Report
Review/Audit Completion of Daily Production Reports/Batch Tags/Inspection Reports
Audit GSS Bin to Bin Transfers of all Raw Material and Production Tags
Audit in GSS Inventory Levels of Raw Materials – ensure in correct Bin Location
Input Extrusion WO’s into GSS and Maintain Schedule/Priorities when Sarah is away
Update Production Boards @ Extruders
Maintain Lost Machine Hours Report
Education:
- Post-Secondary Education in Manufacturing/Industrial/Operations Management (or equivalent experience in a related role).
Experience:
· Minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing/production environment.
Licenses/Certificates:
- First Aid Certification is preferred (must be willing to attain and remain certified).
- Health and Safety certification is desirable (must be willing to attain).
- Forklift License Required (must attain and maintain).
Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
