How It Works?
Throughout our interview process we will ask you the regions and hours you'd be interested in working. We then receive calls from dental practices to fill hygiene hours at their practices (sick days, vacations, long-term absences). If they align with your availability we then contact you to fill the gaps in their schedule. Giving you the control and flexibility you desire in your career. Hesitant about trying this? There is no minimum commitment and our co-founder Jenna, has completed hundreds of shifts and can answer any questions you may have along with sharing best practices.
Qualifications
- Valid provincial license to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (CDHO).
- Experience in pediatrics or orthodontics is preferred for some practices but not required.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial for effective communication within the healthcare setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on patient experience.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- More than 3 months experience as a dental hygienist.
- Adapts to new environments.
- Experience in hygiene specialties such as ortho and perio is a bonus.
- Reliable, Reputable, Responsive.
Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour
