Titan Pallets Inc. is a newly launched pallet manufacturing company based in Fort Erie, Ontario. We produce high-quality wood pallets for industrial, retail, and distribution customers. The Role:
We are hiring General Labourers to join our production team. You will work alongside a small, tight-knit crew operating a semi-automated pallet nailing machine and supporting all aspects of warehouse production. This is physical, hands-on work in a fast-paced environment where showing up on time and working hard is noticed and rewarded.
What You'll Be Doing:
-Loading and feeding lumber components into the pallet nailing machine.
-Stacking, banding, and moving finished pallets using a forklift or pallet jack.
Performing visual quality checks on completed pallets
-Keeping the production floor clean, organized, and safe at all times
Assisting with receiving and staging raw lumber inventory.
-Following all safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
-Supporting the Production Manager with daily tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift.
-Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods.
-Reliable — punctuality and consistent attendance are essential in a production environment.
-A positive attitude and willingness to learn
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or labour experience is an asset but not required — we will train the right person
Forklift certification is an asset.
Working Conditions:
-Indoor warehouse environment
-Exposure to sawdust, noise, and wood materials — PPE is provided
-Steel-toe boots required (CSA-approved)

Competitive hourly wage: $20–$23/hour based on experience.
