As an Inside Sales (Order Desk) Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience—delivering friendly, knowledgeable support both in person and through direct contact (phone and email). You’ll build relationships with our valued customers, help them find the right solutions, and ensure every order is handled with care and accuracy.
What You’ll Do:
- Support Outside Sales by fulfilling orders and recommending alternatives via phone, email, or in person
- Deliver expert, personalized service at the Order Desk, leveraging deep product knowledge
- Identify customer needs and suggest the best merchandise solutions
- Serve as a trusted advisor for customers, providing expert product recommendations and creative substitutions when needed.
- Demonstrate product features and guide customers on usage and care
- Provide accurate pricing, credit terms, and delivery details
- Process sales orders and handle payments or credit authorizations
- Package merchandise and manage in-store displays and stock
- Maintain organized, safe, and tidy work and sales areas
- Keep vendor catalogues up-to-date and accessible
- Collaborate with Purchasing to source products or substitutions
- Address and investigate customer complaints, completing required quality reports
- Conduct root cause analysis and monitor corrective actions for quality management
- Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain deep knowledge of MacMor’s extensive product range, empowering you to offer the best solutions every time.
- Assist with inventory counts and other duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in an Order Desk or Sales role
- Comfortable navigating Windows, Microsoft Office, email, and the web like a pro
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—plus solid math and spelling to keep things running smoothly
