About Us
At ESCO CLOTHIERS we specialize in men's wardrobe and wedding consultation, from ready-made collections to our luxury made to measure and bespoke programs.
What we’re looking for:
- Tailor with knowledge and expertise in menswear alterations (+10 years)
Your responsibilities will include performing alterations and adjustments on various garments, such as:
- Shortening/lengthening sleeves for jackets, coats, and shirts
- Tapering garment sides
- Lowering collars
- Taking in/out trouser waists
- Shortening/lengthening trousers
- Tapering trouser thighs and bottom widths
- Ensuring accurate measurements and fittings for clients
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
You will also be needed to do fittings with customers and wedding parties and provide support to the menswear specialists in the store.
Qualifications:
- Experience: minimum of 10 years in garment alterations for men
- Skills: proficiency in using sewing machines and alteration tools with a strong knowledge of fabrics and color perception
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment are required
