Position Summary
The Outside Guest Services Attendant is responsible for delivering a high level of customer service while supporting the daily outside operations of the golf club. This position includes golf cart preparation and cleaning, guest assistance, practice facility maintenance, and helping create a welcoming experience for all members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with loading and unloading golf bags
- Clean, wash, stage, and store golf carts
- Ensure carts are charged and prepared for daily play
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn and staging areas
- Set up and maintain driving range and practice facilities
- Assist with tournaments, events, and daily golf operations
- Report any cart damage or maintenance concerns to management
- Follow all club policies and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and move golf bags and equipment
- Previous golf course experience is considered an asset
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
