Job Title: Maintenance Storekeeper
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Non-Union
Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm plus overtime if required
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain inventory of maintenance parts, tools, equipment, and supplies to ensure accurate stock levels and availability.
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue parts and materials, maintaining usage records.
- Coordinate purchasing activities, including ordering parts, tracking deliveries, and working with suppliers to meet maintenance needs.
- Support maintenance operations by ensuring timely access to critical spare parts and assisting with inventory planning and control.
- Pick up
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean storeroom while complying with company safety, housekeeping, and inventory management standards.
Required Qualifications:

Experience with CMMS and inventory systems is an asset

Valid Class 5 License

Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks is an asset.2–5 years of warehouse, inventory, or maintenance storeroom experience

Some travel required to pick up parts

Strong organization and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office
