Overview
We at Koch Ford Lincoln Sales (2003) Ltd. are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to oversee financial operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services, dealership experience, and excellent negotiation skills. This role requires a strategic thinker with a customer-focused approach, capable of managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support business growth and operational efficiency. The Finance Manager will play a key role in guiding financial decisions, fostering client relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
- Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Manage relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring favorable terms through effective negotiation
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership for decision-making
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Lead and mentor finance team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize financing options for customers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments in financial services and dealership markets
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial services or dealership finance management
- Strong background in negotiation, sales support, and customer service
- Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets
- Prior experience working within dealership environments is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members
- Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to the industry
Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
