Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and supporting organizational growth. Duties
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies through cold calling, lead generation, social media outreach, and leveraging social media platforms.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Negotiate employment offers and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide consultation on talent acquisition strategies.
- Conduct research on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pools to enhance sourcing effectiveness.
- Support employee relations initiatives by assisting in training & development programs and fostering a positive work environment.
- Participate in employer branding activities and represent the company at recruiting events.
Skills
- Proven experience in recruiting or human resources roles with familiarity in talent acquisition processes.
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate offer discussions effectively.
- Excellent interviewing skills combined with strong communication abilities.
- Familiarity with employee relations practices and training & development programs.
