- Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel throughout
Mainland Nova Scotia.
- Must be willing to provide the CMM with a recent criminal record check and pass vulnerable
sector check and child abuse registry check.
- Fluency in the Mi’kmaq language (an asset).
- There is a requirement to work outside of normal working hours due to the requirements of the
member communities and clients.
- This position supports programming for Two-Spirit and LGBTQIA+ community members and is
designated for individuals who identify as Two-Spirit, in alignment with our commitment to culturally
grounded mental wellness services.

Salary/Employment Term:
Salary Range: $49,071.00 - $68,700.00 per year based on qualifications and experience. This is a Two-
Year Term position (pending successful one-year probationary contract).
