We are looking for an entry level social media community manager to join our marketing team. You will be acting as the voice behind our brands and manage all community communications.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Serve as a point of contact for client’s social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and blogs.
- Interact with community members and customers in a professional, personable, and timely manner to grow and keep the community alive and healthy.
- Work with the marketing, and creative team to create high quality, engaging, relevant, and timely content.
- Manage the social media editorial calendar and ensure the content is published by the stipulated deadlines.
- Foster and strengthen new relationships with key influencers within the community.
- Deploy social listening tools to monitor positive / negative comments and topic trends and strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation.
- Generate comprehensive reports on overall community sentiment and notable trends and provide meaningful feedback.
- Keep up to date on the latest social media trends and emerging social media platforms in the industry.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Marketing degree or equivalent
- Experience in community management
- Working experience with social media platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in ENGLISH (French would be an asset)
- Creative writing
- Customer Service Experience
- Ability to multi-task, and work on multiple clients simultaneously
- Organizational Skills and Time Management
- Problem Solving
