Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with their needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store or work area to ensure a safe, inviting environment
- Support inventory management through stocking shelves, organizing displays, and processing deliveries
- Assist with daily operational tasks such as cash handling, register operation, and product recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to uphold a secure workplace for all team members and visitors
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts
- Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine desire to help others
