Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Admissions Counsellor to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. This is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
As the first point of contact for prospective students, the Admissions Counsellor plays a critical role in guiding individuals through the decision-making and enrollment process. The successful candidate will confidently manage inbound inquiries, build meaningful connections with prospective students, identify individual goals and motivations, and convert qualified leads into enrollments through consultative sales techniques and exceptional customer service.
We are looking for a personable, organized, and self-directed professional with a proven track record in high-performance sales environments. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in a remote setting, possesses strong communication and relationship-building skills, and is energized by achieving and exceeding targets.

Duties and Responsibilities
1.0 Respond to student inquiries and provide them with information
2.0 Create and maintain student records
3.0 Arrange and schedule meetings with the prospective student
4.0 Prepare enrollment packages
5.0 Complete enrolment paperwork with students
6.0 Assist the student to complete all program specific admission requirements
7.0 Assist with marketing initiatives as directed
8.0 Assist with graduation ceremonies
9.0 Assist with the College social media presence as directed
10.0 Filing
11.0 Phone Duties
12.0 Prepare, attend, teardown community outreaches
13.0 Other duties as assigned and related to the admissions or marketing departments
Qualifications
Education
The successful candidate does not require any formal education however, any sales, business, or marketing education would be considered an asset.
Experience
The successful candidate must have a significant background in sales and customer service (5+ years).
Knowledge
- Accessibility of Ontarians Disability Act - Customer Service Standard
- Social Media
- Knowledge of the Ontario Career Colleges Act
- Familiarity with Career Colleges
Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Google Mail, Docs, and Calendar
Abilities
- English is required - French is considered an asset but is not required.

Compensation
The successful candidate can expect an annual amount between $40,000 - $80,000 inclusive of additional incentives. Medical benefits and employee wellness program are available upon successful completion of probationary period.
