As a Customer Service Clerk at Popavape, you are one of the store’s main representatives. Your primary role is to provide an exceptional customer experience, advise clients on vape products, and ensure the smooth daily operation of the store in a dynamic and respectful environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Provide personalized advice on vape products, e-liquids, and accessories
- Handle transactions at the cash register (sales, exchanges, returns)
- Restock shelves and rotate inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and store
- Comply with internal policies and laws regarding the sale of vaping products
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
