Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Process payments and ensure accurate billing
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Proficiency in hotel management software (training provided)
- Basic math skills for handling payments and invoices
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- A friendly, positive attitude with a customer-first approach
