Green Team Contracting is hiring for our garden maintenance crew.
Duties to include weeding, cultivating, edging, planting, fertilizing, pruning, installing bark mulch, maintaining garden beds, tree and hedge trimming, use of some power equipment. May participate in design, preparation and installation of garden areas and general property maintenance, spring/fall clean ups.
Always lead by example and act in a respectful and professional manner.
Interact with clients, anticipate what is needed at each site and be able to implement it.
Must have valid drivers license.
Must be in good shape and willing to do physical labor.
Must be dependable, have a reliable form of communication (cell phone) and have reliable transportation to and from work.
Position is starting as part-time, but leading into full-time over time.
20-40hrs per week depending on the time of the season. Mostly Weekdays but occasional Weekends depending on the demand and weather.
Potential for year-round employment, as all full-time team members are expected to participate in our winter snow removal operations.
Wages based on qualifications and experience - $17-$22/hr
Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
