The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of casework delivery, installation, and service for assigned projects. Acting as the primary point of contact between Casey’s Creative Kitchens and the General Contractor, this role ensures project schedules are met, installations are completed to company standards, and any service requirements are addressed promptly. The Site Supervisor also performs site measures, coordinates with internal departments, and oversees the project installation team to ensure quality and efficiency.
The base salary range for this position is between $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year. This position is a new position and is not for an existing vacancy. The application process does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) for any purposes including screening, assessing, or selecting of candidates.
As a Site Supervisor your primary responsibilities will include:
Project Coordination-
Act as the main point of contact for the General Contractor on all matters related to the casework package.

Coordinate Casey’s site measure, production, installation, and quality inspection schedules to align with the General Contractor’s construction schedule.

Schedule production, delivery, and installation dates to meet project milestones and deadlines.
Site Measurement & Communication-
Conduct site measures for all units and accurately relay site dimensions and information to the Engineering and Production departments.

Ensure clear and timely communication of project updates, issues, or changes with both internal departments and the General Contractor.
Installation Oversight-
Inspect all casework upon delivery to confirm completeness and ensure materials are directed to the correct suites.

Oversee the work and progress of installation teams, ensuring installations are completed on time, to specification, and without deficiencies.

Conduct on-site quality inspections to confirm adherence to company standards.
Service & Issue Resolution-
Record, schedule, and complete any service requirements that arise during the course of the project.

Address questions, concerns, or issues raised by the General Contractor regarding the casework package.

Perform ad hoc service work as required.
Essential Job Functions and Requirements:
- Previous experience in site supervision, cabinetry installation, or construction project coordination required.
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry systems, construction processes, and installation practices.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Proficiency in site measurement tools and practices.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to travel to and work full-time on the project site in Burlington, Ontario.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Health and Safety awareness; familiarity with construction site safety protocols.
Education:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Training in a postsecondary education is preferred but not required.
