MORNING DELIVERY DRIVER MONDAYS
Irene's Bakery is looking for a loyal, trustworthy and reliable morning delivery driver. Must enjoy working independently.
Role: delivering bread products to various prescribed locations including restaurants, golf courses, coffee shops and grocery stores.
Job description: Load and unload products onto truck, and using hand cart, place in designated customer storage areas. May include transporting product up and down ramps and stairs in all weather conditions. Deliver product within assigned route schedule and time windows.
Please read these Qualifications, Skills and Job Requirements:
- Approx. 6-8 hrs per week.
- Monday 5:00am - 11:00am
- Familiarity with Victoria region (CRD) including Saanich and Westshore and the south Island up to Duncan.
- Class 5 (regular) drivers license, clean drivers abstract
- Previous delivery experience an asset,
- Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs loading and unloading truck;
- Able to build and maintain cordial customer relations;
- Must be detail oriented and organized and be able to meet deadlines;
- References prefered;
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
