We are looking for a Skilled Laborer to help on these projects. Working with knowledgeable guidance, building a career from the ground up and creating great projects. Detailed training and installation procedures to help ensure all installation information is laid out on every project.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Help build landscapes such as interlocking driveways/walkways, block retaining walls, soil/sod/gravel
- Help install flooring such as epoxy, plank, hardwood refinish, and more.
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs and keep a steady work pace throughout the day
- Work as a team and alone on comfortable tasks
- Vehicle to get to worksites daily on time
- Communication of problems, solutions and relaying we have communicated successfully with you
- $20 - $25 per Hour: Starting Wage
- 40-60 hours per week (some weekend work as needed)
- Work on goals to reach higher positions, more responsibilities and higher pay rates
- Learn and use detailed installation instructions
- Work on out of town projects as needed in Northern Ontario (work vehicle carpool travel paid and accommodations paid)
