Our client is seeking a Program Manager - Senior to join their team. As a Program Manager - Senior, you will be part of the Alternate Solutions Group supporting digital asset technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs from inception through delivery.
- Partner directly with senior leadership to drive strategic digital asset initiatives.
- Provide executive-level reporting, governance, and financial oversight.
- Coordinate effectively across business and technology stakeholders.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
What's Needed?
- 15+ years of progressive Program Management experience leading large-scale technology initiatives.
- Proven experience managing complex programs involving multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Strong background in executive reporting, governance, risk management, and portfolio oversight.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- University Degree required.
