You'll be out in the field every day representing incredible charitable organizations that are changing lives — while working alongside experienced sales coaches and senior professionals who are just as invested in your growth as they are in their own results. What You'll Be Doing
- Representing and running face-to-face campaigns on behalf of impactful charities including CNIB, Sick Kids Hospital, Diabetes Canada, SPCA, Heart & Stroke, UNICEF, and more
- Engaging with potential donors and communicating the importance of their projects
- Building relationships with members of the public and driving donor acquisition results
- Learning objection handling, communication strategies, and sales techniques through hands-on experience and mentorship
What We're Looking For
- 18 years of age or older
- Available full-time, Monday to Friday, 12 PM – 8 PM
- Strong communicator who's comfortable engaging people face-to-face
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
Compensation
This role offers a base wage plus performance-based bonuses and daily cash incentives — your total earnings grow with your results.
