Responsibilities
- Drive and operate a fully equipped mobile detailing van
- Travel to customer locations throughout the Niagara Region
- Perform professional interior and exterior vehicle detailing services
- Deliver outstanding customer service and communicate professionally with clients
- Complete services efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Maintain company equipment, tools, and supplies
- Keep the mobile detailing vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Represent Precision Mobile Detailing professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Valid G Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and perform detailing work throughout the days
- Previous auto detailing experience (asset but not required)
Training is provided for motivated, dependable candidates who are eager to learn.
Compensation
Performance-Based Pay
This position offers compensation based on a percentage of revenue generated from completed jobs. High-performing team members have the opportunity to earn significantly more than traditional hourly detailing positions. The more productive and efficient you are, the greater your earning potential.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturdays during peak periods
- Consistent work available throughout the season
Licence/Certification:
- Drivers Licence (preferred)
Work Location: On the road
